The project was born from tradition
and the desire to make known the place, its products and typical dishes prepared with first quality ingredients. We are proud to use only local certified I.G.P. meat, typical local sausages and fresh pasta made and produced at the inn, rigorously stretched with a rolling pin as tradition dictates. The desire to provide the customer with a genuine experience led us to make our dishes with products and raw materials as locally as possible so we have the certainty of its origin. We believe that traditional recipes, to be best expressed; they must be made with the most local products as possible, limiting the industrially prepared products as much as possible.

Dishes and products of the place!
CURED MEATS and CHEESES: The cured meats and cheeses offered at the inn are produced on site and in the surrounding area when they are not available on site. PASTA: Proud to offer you only egg pasta made from sfogline of the place (as tradition wants) that stretch the dough of the dough by hand with the rolling pin at the inn. MEAT: We are proud to supply you with local certified I.G.P. meat, coming from marchigiana breed born, raised and bred on site. The meat supplied at the inn comes almost entirely from a single local farm.
*DESSERTS: We also make desserts! Dried cakes, tiramisu and many others, are strictly made by us! **We do not use preparations for sweets or pre-packaged desserts!

Appetizers
- Tagliere with: cheese, salami and “ciaccia”, prugnoli mushroom fritatta, peas cream.
- Mixed crostini (hot): mozzarella, sausage, cooked ham, bacon, tomato bruschetta.
First Course
- TAGLIATELLE – CAPPELLETTI – GNOCCHI – RAVIOLI – PASSATELLI -PENNE – SPAGHETTI. SAUCES:
- Meat sauce, Pasticciato sauce, goose sauce, Boscaiola sauce, butter and sage sauce, Arrabiata sauce, porcini mushroom sauce, prugnoli mushroom sauce.
Second Course
- Chicken breast;

“Sono stata a pranzo col mio compagno e siamo stati accolti da una signora gentilissima, abbiamo mangiato: – serie di 7/8 assaggi di antipasti (abbondantissimi!) con pizza e salumi casarecci; – Tagliatelle casarecce al tartufo; – Tagliata rucola pendolini e grana; – Tiramisù e dolci secchi e caffè.
